Mr. Handy Man strikes again. Phil designed and constructed a entertainment niche in our game room. It looks really cool with his new telly. He framed and drywalled the whole thing in a weekend. But unfortunately he hasn’t had another weekend off of school in a long time so he spends evenings taping and mudding.

Katie has mastered walking and loves it. She toddles all over the place and happily chases Matty and anything he throws. She seems to enjoy being upright and is working up her speed.

Matthew the Soccer Star

Matty decided that he wants to be a soccer star when he grows up. He’s been very careful to practice skills he’ll need to be the best- like being a good friend/teammate, eating his vegetables, and exercising. I wish we’d thought of this soccer star stuff sooner! He likes to use Phil’s golf practice net as the goal.

Phil - Renaissance Man

Everyday, it seems, I discover a new skill Phil has that I didn’t know he had when I married him. I don’t know how he hides so many up his sleeve, but there isn’t anything he can’t do. He’s amazing! There is only one catch- the man of a million skills also comes with a million hobbies. I just try to keep up with what is current. So far this year we’ve had a new one each month- this month its Golf. February was Boxing, March was Dog Training, you get the idea. Any guesses what’s next? 
It’s hard to keep up with a renaissance man! Here’s a picture of my favorite hobby of his - being Superdad!

The Pups

Everyday Phil works with his pups. They are coming right along in their training. Naos (blue collar) is very trainable and obedient. Argo (with the red collar) is a playful numskull, but so very loving. It is funny to see their different personalities (or would it be dogalities?). They act just like brothers and tease and torment each other all day long.
